Alleged: Suspicious Person In Aisle #59..Wanted..Meth; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Officer Rosburg reports that he was dispatched to Michael’s on Higdon Ferry Road on January 10, 2021, around 5PM, for the report of a suspicious person possibly armed with a gun.

Officers Rosburg and McLean arrived and met with the complainant.  They all went to aisle #59 where they made contact with the suspect, Clinton Heath Fisher, 36, of Park Shores Circle in Garland County.

Mr. Fisher’s pertinents were checked through the police computer.  The check revealed that he was wanted out of Garland County on a misdemeanor charge.

Mr. Fisher was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.

Clinton Heath Fisher, 36, of Park Shores Circle in Garland County – Allegedly toting around a meth baggie in the arts and crafts store on aisle #59.

During the booking process at the detention center, Garland County Detention Corporal Huffman searched Mr. Fisher and found a clear, plastic baggie containing 4.4 grams of meth in his jacket.

Mr. Fisher is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance and the arrest warrant was served.  Bond was set at $4,500.
