All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
Hot Springs Police Officer Woodall reports that officers with his department watched Jordan Ryan Stone, 26, of Peterson Trail in Garland County, exit an establishment downtown on January 26/2021, around 11:59PM, get into the driver’s seat of a white Lexus and drive away. The officers that observed Mr. Stone knew him to have an active arrest warrant that needed to be served.
A traffic stop was conducted on the Lexus and Mr. Stone was arrested. During the search of his person, officers located: .2 gram cocaine, .1 gram marijuana, 2 straws with a white powdery substance and several empty plastic baggies.
During the search of the Lexus, a set of digital scales was located in the glove box.
Mr. Stone was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Felony Possession Of Cocaine with Intent To Deliver, Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of A Controlled Substance with bond set at $10,525 and the Failure To Appear warrant was served.
