Alleged: Meth Pipe Found During Disturbance Call; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Corporal Brown reports that he was dispatched to the 500 block of Grove Street in reference to a disturbance on September 1st, 2020 at approximately 12:36am.

Cpl. Brown arrived on scene and met with Donald Anthony Willis, 60, of Grove Street in Hot Springs. A check of Mr. Willis’ pertinents revealed that he had an active arrest warrant for Failure To Appear. Mr. Willis was arrested.

Donald Anthony Willis, 60, of Grove Street in Hot Springs. Allegedly found with a meth pipe after being arrested on an active warrant.

Cpl. Brown conducted a search of Mr. Willis. A used glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue was found in Mr. Willis’ pocket during the search.

Mr. Willis was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure To Appear with bond set at $3,500.
