All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
Hot Springs Police Officer Murray reports that he was on patrol up Park Avenue when he conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 block last night around 6PM.
During the course of the contact, Off. Murray checked Joshua Blake Valle, 35, of Bill House Trail in Garland County, through the police computer. The check revealed that he was wanted by the Garland County Court System.
Mr. Valle was arrested. He told Off. Murray that he had marijuana. Off. Murray searched him and found .5 gram of marijuana, a meth pipe and brass knuckles in his pockets. Mr. Valle acknowledged that the pipe was used to smoke meth.
Mr. Valle was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Criminal Use Of Prohibited Weapons with a bond amount totaling $4,500.
