ALLEGED: Man With Meth Yelling At Imaginary Friend; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Officer Russell reports that he responded to Henderson street on December 31, 2019 around 4:43 pm in reference to trespassing.

Ofc. Russell arrived on scene and made contact with Keldrick Evans, 29, of Jerome Street in Hot Springs. Mr. Evans was acting irrational and screaming out to someone who wasn’t there. Mr. Evans was disturbing everyone in the area and residents of the neighborhood were outside of their homes watching.

Mr. Evans was arrested for disorderly conduct and Ofc. Russel searched Mr. Evans and found a syringe containing .36ml of methamphetamine in Mr. Evans’s pocket. Mr. Evans was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.

Mr. Evans is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct, and his bond was set at $3,000.
