Alleged: Man Arrested; Arrest – GARLAND COUNTY

Posted by Arkansas 911 News Chief Editor Paul Maddox

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

The Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol was called out to a residence on Old Bear Road on February 28, 2021, around 10PM, for the call of a burglary in progress.

No info is available for this call other than Richard Breck Attwood, 50, of Waterside Drive in Hot Springs, was arrested during the 911 response to this call.

Richard Breck Attwood, 50, of Waterside Drive in Hot Springs – Allegedly violated a law or 2….maybe a few.

Arkansas State Troopers assisted with the call.

Mr. Attwood was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.  Best I can tell, he is charged with Harassment, Violation Of A Protection Order and Criminal Mischief with bond set at $1,000.  Somewhere along the way, he may also have been served with an outstanding arrest warrant charging Harassment – or maybe not.  I have no way of knowing for sure.
