All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Officer Greene reports that he was on patrol in the area of 1300 Spring Street last Wednesday around 9:30PM when he saw 2 men pulling several bicycles from the wooded area behind a house.

Off. Greene turned around, went back to that location and found that the bikes were no longer there.  However, he discovered a white van parked nearby.   The registration was checked through the police computer and listed the owner as Darby Dwight Davis, 44, homeless in Hot Springs.

Mr. Davis is also shown in the police computer as being banned from the property he was seen on.  HSPD K-9 Officer Smith and Bear arrived to help find the suspects.  They located Mr. Davis laying in tall grass on the property.  Mr. Darby was sitting on a green shirt.  Under the shirt, officers located a baggie containing approximately .4 gram of meth.
