Alleged: DHS Finds Dope During Child Removal Operation; Arrest x2 – GARLAND COUNTY

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies Fox and Presley reports that they were dispatched to Fairlane Street July 8, 2021, to assist Department of Human Services Staff with removing 2 juveniles from a home.

They arrived and made contact with the DHS Staff.   They were told that while conducting their DHS investigation in the home, the staff located .8 gram of marijuana.  Also found were 18 glass pipes and a scale.

Becky Jean McCrystal, 45, of Fairlane Street in Garland County, and Kayla Raeshalla McCrystal, 26, of Fairlane Street in Garland County, were both arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.  They are each charged with Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia x2 with bond set at $3,000.  B. McCrystal was also served a Failure to Appear arrest warrant with an additional $1,000 bond.
