All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in g court.
Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy Delahunt was on patrol in the area of Northshore Drive yesterday around 3AM when he allegedly noticed a white Dodge Charger fail to stop at a stop sign.
He tried to Catch up to the charger, but it sped away. Deputies. Delahunt turned on the blue lights & siren and the pursuit was on. The parade made it’s way from the Romax area all the way up near Adcock Street. Then , turned and came right back to a residence on Romax Street where the driver, Napoleon Markie Burnham, 31, of parts unknown was arrested.

Napoleon Markie Burnham, 31, of parts unknown – allegedly fled in a circle and ruined a rim.
Somewhere during the pursuit, the suspect vehicle damaged a wheel and tire. Also, body damage was visible on the driver’s side of the Charger. It is unknown to me when that happened.
