Hot Springs Police Corporal Tinney investigated a crash where a westbound vehicle collided with the jersey wall Monday Afternoon.

Evidence at the scene indicated that the black vehicle slammed head first into the wall, spun and struck the wall again with the rear of the vehicle.  The vehicle came to final rest in the middle of the bypass with heavy traffic coming.  Cpl. Tinney said that people at the scene were able to get the wreckage onto the shoulder so traffic could flow.

A lady and her very small child were in the vehicle at the time of the collision.  They were not injured.

Hot Springs Fire Troops and a LifeNet Crew responded and assisted as needed.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
