Evidence at the scene and witness accounts suggest that the grey Chevy Malibu was stopped at the light on Central Avenue at Hobson Avenue when it was rear-ended by a white Honda Accord causing slight damage to both vehicles.

Officers Bransetter and Lowery made contact with the occupants of both vehicles.

Upon making contact with the driver of the white Honda, the officers discovered the driver was allegedly driving under the influence.

The driver of the white Honda identified as Elesha Edmonds, 30, was arrested for suspicion of DWI.
