18-Wheeler Loses Load Of Lumber On Hwy. 70W – GARLAND COUNTY

Arkansas State Police Troopers were called to the intersection of Highway 70 West at the Adcock Road Intersection yesterday afternoon for an 18-wheeler that lost it’s load of lumber in traffic.

Arkansas Highway Police, 70 West Fire Troops and the Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol assisted with the clean-up operation.

At least 1 passenger vehicle was damaged as a result of the spill.  No injuries were reported that I am aware of.

Holcomb’s Transport & Recovery was called to take charge of and remove the spill.

Traffic flow was interrupted for at least 2 hours.
