1:45AM..Suspicious Person Allegedly Has Meth; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Officer Ugartechea was on patrol in the 800 Block of East Grand Tuesday around 1:45AM when he found a person sleeping in the driver’s seat of a Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Off. Ugartechea made contact with the person.  In his report, he describes the person as having slurred speech, was unable to stand and became aggressive with officers.

Officers asked for his name several times.  He eventually said that he is Dakota Brock Kokemueller, 21, of Yorkshire Drive in Hot Springs.  Mr. Kokemueller was searched and officer’s allegedly found a marijuana pipe, empty plastic baggies, and 1.3 grams of meth on his person.

Mr. Kokemueller is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest and Public Intoxication with a bond amount totaling $4,750
